A new connection for Ukrainians and businesses

Nova Post has launched operations in Canada, making it the 18th country in the company’s international network. Customers can now send and receive documents and parcels weighing up to 30 kg.

How to send a parcel from Canada to Ukraine

1. 01
   Create your shipment

   Open the Nova Post app, enter the recipient’s details and pay for the shipment.

2. 02
   Receive your QR code

   Once the shipment is created, a QR code will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

3. 03
   Drop it off at a UPS Store

   Visit any UPS Store location in Canada. Show the QR code to a team member or email it to the store.

4. 04
   Pack and print the label

   If needed, the UPS Store can help pack the parcel and print the shipping label.

Delivery between Canada and Ukraine starts from five days.

Nova Post works with more than 1,100 partner UPS Store locations across Canada.

According to Nova Post, the service has already processed more than 3,000 shipments, most of them containing goods from Ukrainian manufacturers.

For Ukrainian businesses, this creates an opportunity to enter the Canadian market. For people in Canada and Ukraine, it makes exchanging parcels with family and friends faster and more convenient.
